- Are assumptions, missing information, and human decisions clearly identified?

Prepare only what the task needs
Replace the fictional company details, figures, goals, and limits with your own. Update the prompt to name the documents you actually provide and the decisions that must stay with you.
- Your business objective and planning period
- Current income, bill rates, and client hours or sales volume
- Worker availability, pay rates, and processing costs
- Recurring expenses and relevant growth costs
- Existing commitments, deadlines, and spending limits
Minimum necessary information
Use neutral client and worker labels. Remove Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, bank or card details, passwords, medical information, and unrelated personnel records before uploading anything to an AI platform.
Keep ownership of the decision. An AI recommendation does not authorize hiring, spending, pricing changes, or automated actions.
